Casey Wilkes, a Conifer native and Denver School of the Arts (DSA) alum, has always dreamed of bringing high-quality music education to the mountain community he proudly calls home. After years of studying, performing, and teaching music, Casey returned to Conifer in 2020 with his wife, Stephanie, to turn that dream into a reality.

Together, Casey and Stephanie combined their passions and expertise in music performance and music education to found Elk Creek Music Studio. Their vision was simple: to create a welcoming place where students of all ages and abilities could receive exceptional instruction while building confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.

Today, Casey and Stephanie are proud to call the mountain community home as they raise their one-year-old daughter, Harper. As a family, they are passionate about investing in the community that has given them so much. Through Elk Creek Music Studio, they strive to provide a welcoming environment where students of all ages and abilities can grow as musicians, gain confidence, and experience the joy of making music. Casey and Stephanie believe every student deserves the opportunity to discover their musical potential, and he is honored to help make world-class music education accessible close to home.
